How do I connect the fourth wire in a cooking range ?

I bought a new cooking range. The plug in connection cable did not come with it. My wall outlet has four prongs. So I bought a four prong cable ($19.95). When I looked at the back of the range, I could see only three terminals for connecting the cable, red, black and white. What do I do with the fourth green wire ?
